利用規約の適用範囲
本利用規約は、「造幣局工場見学予約サイト（以下「コンテンツ」といいます。）」を利用される方すべてに適用されます。
コンテンツ利用に当たり、本ルール及びお知らせ「造幣局工場見学予約サイトについて」に同意したものとみなします。
利用上の遵守事項
利用者は、コンテンツの利用に際して、以下の行為をしてはならないものとします。
①公序良俗または法令に反する、またはそのおそれのある行為
②造幣局の情報を営利目的に使用する行為
③犯罪的行為に結びつく、またはそのおそれのある行為
④第三者の著作権等の知的財産権、その他の権利を侵害する行為
⑤不正なコンピュータプログラムの設定、他の利用者によるコンテンツへのアクセスを妨害する等の行為
ドメイン設定
登録完了等の通知に関し、当方から送信されるメールに対するドメインからの受信拒否をしないよう設定の確認・変更をお願いします。
登録上のステータス
・予約状況に応じ、「◎」、「○」、「▲」、「×」の表示がございます。
「◎」…事前予約が全く入っていない状況
「○」…事前予約が既に入っており、まだ空きのある状況
「▲」…事前予約が既に入っており、ほとんど空きのない状況
「×」…事前予約受付が全くできない状況
入力文字について
電話番号、郵便番号、メールアドレス、予約ＩＤについては、半角英数字での入力となります。
第三者に対する著作権等の権利侵害の禁止
コンテンツにおいて、第三者が著作権その他の権利を有している場合があります。第三者が著作権等を有しているコンテンツについては、特に権利処理済であることが明示されているものを除き、利用者の責任で、当該第三者から利用の許諾を得ることとします。
造幣局ホームページ以外にリンク先の設定等されている場合には、その提供元の利用条件によるものとします。
利用環境
コンテンツの利用環境については、利用者のご利用端末により、ご利用いただけない場合がございますのでご了承願います。
免責事項
コンテンツに掲載されている情報の正確性については万全を期しておりますが、造幣局は利用者がコンテンツを用いて行う一切の行為について、何ら責任を負うものではありません。
また、コンテンツに関し、利用者に事前に通告することなく変更・停止・中断・終了することができるものとします。また、造幣局の都合による予約に関する登録内容の変更等の場合も同様とします。これらの場合におけるコンテンツの変更・停止・中断・終了等によって生じた損害について、造幣局は一切の責任を負いません。
その他
コンテンツ利用にかかる通信費等の費用は利用者の負担となりますのでご了承願います。

Coverage of the term of service
Terms and Conditions will be applied to all those who are used to “Mint factory tour booking site" (hereinafter referred to as" contents).
You agree to this rule and “Mint factory tour booking site” when you use the contents.
Use on compliance matters
The user shall not act the following actions upon use of the contents.

④Act to infringe the intellectual property rights such as the copyrights of the third party, other rights
⑤Act such as interfering with the setting of an unjust computer program, the access to the contents by other users
Domain Settings
About notices such as the registration completion, we would like confirmation, a change of the setting not to do the reception refusal from the domain for an email transmitted by us.

○…Although there is the pre-order; is still the situation with the space
▲…Although there is the pre-order; is almost no space
X…The situation that a pre-order receptionist cannot do it at all
The character of input
Phone number,Zip code,E-mail adress and Reservation ID are the input of alphanumeric characters.
Prohibition of infringement of copyrights against third parties.
There are situations when third parties has the other rights and copyright in contents.
For contents that a third party has a copyrights except for those that are explicitly to be completed in particular right treatment, and to obtain the permission of usage from a third party on the responsibility of the user.
If it have been linked settings in addition to the Mint website and to be due to the provider of the terms and conditions.
Use environment
For the use environment of the content, please understand there are times when you can’t use by the user of your device.
Disclaimer
